1970	Establishment of MEDINFAR.
1989	MEDINFAR’s acquisition by the actual owners.

1997	Certification of its Quality guarantee system, according to NP EN ISO 9002:1995.
2000	Establishment of an affiliate in Morocco.
2001	Acquisition of FARMALABOR production facilities (9.000 m2).
2003	Start of the Pellets production unit.
2003	Certification of its Quality guarantee system, according to NP EN ISO 9001:2000.
2005	Establishment of the Biotech Company – Cytothera.
2005	Establishment of the Generics Company – GP – Genéricos Portugueses.
2008	Cytothera becomes the first company in Europe to provide the service of cryopreservation of stem cells from umbilical cord tissue.
2009	Halibut® acquisition.
