Allergic Rhinitis and Hives

Rhinitis is one of the most common chronic diseases worldwide. Allergic rhinitis is an inflammatory disease of the nasal mucosa, characterized by the presence of one or more of the following symptoms: itching, runny nose, sneezing, nasal congestion/obstruction. The symptoms of allergic rhinitis are triggered by contact with an identifiable allergen: mites, animal hair, pollen, air pollution, plants and moulds.
