For vitamin C deficiency with immunostimulating action and increased iron absorption. Pregnant women and/or women who are breastfeeding can take C’nergil®.

Indications

C'nergil® is recommended for the prevention of vitamin C deficiency and contains 1000 mg of ascorbic acid (vitamin C) as an active substance.

Posology/Instructions for Use

In general, for mild vitamin C deficiencies, daily doses of 100 to 200 mg are sufficient. The body can even absorp these doses in the form of foods rich in ascorbic acid. For more severe vitamin C deficiencies, your doctor should prescribe the dosage according to your condition. However, as an average dosage for the treatment of prolonged deficiencies, one sachet dissolved in a glass of water should be taken once or twice a day, during or between meals. Once opened, the sachet should be dissolved in water and taken immediately.
